Do you own a rental property? If so, you could receive a financial bonus for joining the Statewide Housing Navigation program.

Incentive funds: Crossroads is offering landlords $2,000 for their first new unit. Eligible for up to $1,500 in repair funds for every unit thereafter, including the initial unit.

Improvement funds: Reimbursement funds available up to $1,500 for necessary repairs identified during program unit inspection.

Mitigation Funds: If a unit needs repairs due to tenant caused damages, Crossroads will reimburse up to $1,500 at move out after the security deposit has been applied.

Support: Each landlord will have access to a Designated Housing Navigator.

Possible Rent Support: Some tenants may receive rental support via government benefits.
