Give Hope this Thanksgiving
The holidays are an especially tough time when you don’t have a place to call home. Will you make a special Thanksgiving gift?
Crossroads is creating Rhode Island's first-of-its-kind permanent
supportive apartments for medically-vulnerable adults experiencing
homelessness. Located at 371 Pine Street in Providence, our new
apartments will provide housing for 35 people.
The new development will feature laundry facilities, common areas, a healing garden and parking for residents. The building will also provide a co-located space for health and mental health providers to serve residents' needs.

"When I was homeless I would go to the ER and say that I was sick just to have a safe place to stay."
