How can I get help?

If you are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless, please contact
401-865-6215 or visit HPS@crossroadsri.org

By doing so, you will be connected with the Crossroads Regional Access Point, which is responsible for helping neighbors in need in the Providence Metro Area connect with emergency shelter*, housing and resources.

The hotline is staffed 7 days a week (including major holidays) weekdays from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and weekends 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

*Please note that shelter is not guaranteed.

What are Regional Access Points?

Regional Access Points (RAPs) provide individuals and families at imminent risk of homelessness, or experiencing homelessness, with centralized, easy-to-access entry points to housing related services, including case management, housing navigation, emergency shelter, mental health and substance use services and other critical resources.
