Education & Employment Services
The mission of the Education & Employment Services team at Crossroads Rhode Island is to provide high-quality adult education, job training, and support services to assist homeless and at-risk individuals and families so that they may secure financial and housing stability.
Education and employment services programs play a vital role in helping those experiencing homeless become independent. We have developed extensive knowledge and expertise to help individuals who have difficulty accessing mainstream job training and employment programs.
What We Offer
Our adult education is available in a safe, client-centered learning environment and tailored to the level of need of the individual. Crossroads Rhode Island provides the following opportunities for adults:

Certified Nursing Assistant Training
CNA Training prepares students to pass the state of Rhode Island's CNA exam. Students receive seven weeks of classroom and hands-on instruction by a Registered Nurse, as well as CPR certification. Our Employment Specialists help the graduates find and keep their jobs – a critical step in their path towards independence.
