Women's Shelter guest Carol appreciates the help she receives from Crossroads staff member Kelly, as part of the intensive pre-employment program.
Carol has been at the Women's Shelter at Crossroads for two months. Due to economic hardship brought on by the recession, she lost her job and became homeless. She says that what she is learning in the programs offered at Crossroads will be very helpful towards finding employment.
