The Harold Lewis House

The Harold Lewis House is located in West Warwick and is home to up to 12 previously chronically homeless men and women – all aged 50 and over.

Harold Lewis House
The Harold Lewis House provides a safe home and services for formerly homeless elders.

Opened in 2006, the Harold Lewis House was named after a homeless veteran who spent most of his nights sleeping in the community room, where he passed away.  The House was dedicated to him in the hopes that older homeless men and women could have a safe and respectful place to live.  It was our promise to him that no one should ever have to die while homeless.

To be eligible for this program you must be 50 years of age or older, disabled and chronically homeless (as defined by HUD).
