Rapid Re-Housing Program
HPRP (Homeless Prevention and Rapid re-housing Program) in Rhode Island is a collaborative statewide approach to preventing and ending homelessness for individuals and families. Program goals include reducing length of stay in shelters and ensuring permanent housing stability for people moving out of homelessness.

- Short-term financial assistance to homeless individuals and families to help them secure and retain housing
- Intensive, home-based case management to ensure that clients sustain housing
- Financial counseling, budgeting, credit repair
- Connecting homeless individuals and families to mainstream resources
- Life-skills interventions to promote long- term housing stability
- Landlord/Tenant educational services
